1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Darjibhai website, appointment booking system, customer account, and tailoring services offered by Darjibhai in Rajkot, Gujarat. By accessing our website, submitting an appointment request, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Darjibhai provides bespoke and custom tailoring services including, but not limited to:

• Custom stitching for men’s, women’s, and children’s garments.
• Alterations and refitting of existing clothing.
• Free home measurement visits within our service area in Rajkot.
• Pickup, crafting, and doorstep delivery of finished garments.
• Corporate and bulk uniform orders for businesses (B2B tie-ups).

Service availability, timelines, and pricing may vary based on garment type, fabric, complexity, and seasonal demand. Final scope and cost are confirmed after consultation and measurement.

3. Appointments & Home Visits

• Appointment requests submitted through our website or phone are subject to confirmation by our team.
• Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during the scheduled visit window.
• We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to weather, staff availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible.
• Providing accurate contact details and address information is your responsibility. Delays caused by incorrect information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Orders, Measurements & Customer Responsibilities

• Measurements taken during home visits form the basis of your garment. Please communicate fit preferences, style changes, and special requirements clearly at the time of measurement.
• If you supply your own fabric, you are responsible for providing sufficient quantity and acceptable quality. Darjibhai is not liable for defects in customer-supplied materials.
• Design references, photos, or samples shared by you should not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to fabric batch differences or handcrafted workmanship.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing depends on garment type, fabric, lining, embellishments, and labour involved. A quotation or estimate is shared before work begins where applicable.
• Payment terms (advance, balance on delivery, etc.) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Booking a free consultation or appointment does not require upfront payment unless explicitly stated for a specific order.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

6. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver garments within the committed timeframe discussed at order placement. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may be affected by fabric availability, festive season volume, complexity of work, or additional alteration requests.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.

7. Fittings, Alterations & Fit Guarantee

Darjibhai stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a garment does not fit as agreed due to our measurement or stitching error, we will carry out reasonable alterations at no additional labour charge, subject to fabric constraints.

Alterations requested due to customer-provided incorrect measurements, weight changes, or design changes after approval may attract additional charges.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel an appointment before our tailor is dispatched for a home visit by contacting us promptly.
• Once fabric has been cut or work has commenced, orders may not be fully cancellable. Any applicable charges will be communicated based on work completed and materials used.
• Refund eligibility, if any, is assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the stage of the order and our internal policies.

9. Customer Account

Registered customers can log in to view order history and manage profile details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Darjibhai website — including logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Darjibhai and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Darjibhai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transport.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
